What is the difference between sand casting and lost wax casting?
With lost wax casting process, it can make as more as 1000 types of parts in varieties of materials with smooth surface, tight tolerance, it can also make very small size parts, and suitable for precise or parts with high requirements on surface smoothness.
Sand casting can only make limited materials and it has limitation on material, with poor surface and big size tolerance, hard to make small size parts or accessories.

Lost wax casting process can be used in a wide range of industries spreading from oil field equipment, pneumatic tool parts, power tool parts, automobile, shipping& boats manufacturing, construction,transportation and aviation, hardware tools, engineering and machinery, pump &valves etc

What is Investment Casting/lost wax casting?
Investment casting, also known as lost-wax casting, involves creating a wax pattern that is then coated with a liquid ceramic layer and then a dry ceramic layer, which is then dried in environmentally controlled conditions. This shell is then filled with molten metal, which cools and solidifies into the desired part.

Can you handle my unusual alloy requirements?
Answer: Yes, we have High vacuum melting furnace which can handle parts with high alloy over 98%, such as iron based, cobalt based,nickel based alloy and brass based alloy

Yes, we can make intricate part shapes as we have Water soluble wax core and collapsible sand core which can help us make lost wax casting parts in complicated shapes.

Compared to sand casting and forging, lost wax casting is cost effective, and the surface is more smooth Compared to aluminum alloy, it can improve strength

For part size of 1--16mm, the tolerance can make at ±0.1mm
For part size of 16-25mm, the tolerance can make at ±0.12mm

For part size of 40-63mm, the tolerance can make at ±0.18mm
